Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

It was still a little short for my taste but thank you for making the adjustments as I requested ... the dress came faster than I expected and was delivered with a trusted postal office that kept me updated. After buying the store asked for my measurements and I told them which size I want. I also asked to make the dress 5cm longer, original length is 85cm and I wanted 90cm. The producing time was a week which was pretty fast imho. Shipping took about two weeks roughly. The dress was packed safely and they put two gifts in it. Unfortunately the dress is too short, they did not make it 90cm long, which is a let down but ok. The dress has a cheap quality, some edges are not hemmed. The breast cups are not at my breast area at all. The whole dress does smell like chemicals. Overall you get what you pay for. I think it's ok if you want it as a costume but not for every day wear.
